Assisting the Café Supervisor with daily Operation of the on-site café

This will involve helping with;
- Stock ordering and control (while minimising wastage)
- Serving great coffee and food of a high quality
- Preparation, storage and presentation of light meals (wraps, sandwiches, slices etc.) while maintaining high hygiene standards
- Providing barista services (preferable)
- Cash handling and reconciliation of daily takings Coffee Making Demonstrates compliance to all regulatory and hygiene requirements for food handling including:

- Dishes, cutlery and food preparation utensils are cleaned after each meal
- All surfaces are cleaned at the end of each shift
- Cleaning the café equipment and premises
- Kitchen and food hygiene standards are maintained in accordance with HACCAP
- Residents / visitors and staff are protected from infection
