**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Our client is looking for a talented Go Developer with an analytical and collaborative approach, who enjoys working with cutting-edge technologies and tools in a collaborative team environment.
You will be passionate about what you do in software development and how you do it.
You will work closely with an expert technology team that uses modern serverless architecture for their products and scalable technologies, to deliver quality solutions for their customers.

**DUTIES**
- Create Go software predominately focused on backend development.
- Work on a combination of internal and external customer projects.
- Maintain development standards in code building scalable efficient and maintainable software.
- Collaborate with other developers in the team and share development ideas.
- Design and develop in collaboration with team members to get the best possible development artefacts.
- Work with the Testing team to test, release and publish services into the appropriate environment.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- 3 plus years’ experience as a Go Developer
- Experience using Cloud services and exposure to either AWS, Google or Azure
- Experience working with microservices and containerization tools such as Docker
- Familiar with package design and module design
- Good understanding of both traditional relational databases such as SQL and document store databases such as NoSQL
- English speaking to at least a conversational level
