We serve a population of approximately 259,000 for the major population centres of Tauranga, Katikati, Te Puke, Whakatāne, Kawerau and Ōpōtiki. Te Whatu Ora Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty is one of the Bay of Plenty's largest employers with over 4000 staff.

This demanding and challenging opportunity is to provide administration support to the Maternity Department and administration staff within this service and within the scheduling team.
This role includes but is not limited to reception work on the Maternity ward and general administration tasks. You will be required to respond effectively to general enquires and maintain good relationships with clinical and non-clinical staff and most importantly, patients.
This role requires the successful applicant to be prepared to work flexible hours Monday to Sunday to meet department requirements and be willing to adapt to change as the service grows.
There are two permanent part-time positions available, both working a total of 40 hours per fortnight.

**One 0.5 FTE will cover**: Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 11:00pm to 5:30amWeek 2 Wednesday 11:00pm to 5:30am & Saturday and Sunday 11:00pm to 4:30am

**Second 0.5 FTE will cover**: Week 1 Thursday 11:00pm to 5:30am & Saturday and Sunday 11:00pm to 4:30amWeek 2 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 11:00pm to 5:30am

Hauora a Toi Bay of Plenty are searching for someone who can demonstrate well-developed computer skills and practice excellent time management. Your friendly disposition, responsiveness and personal commitment to professional excellence will ensure you can deliver the great service that is important to success in this role.
A working knowledge within a hospital environment and patient management system would be desirable but full training will be provided.
