Day Assessment Unit Midwife - Part time 24 hours/week
Registered Midwife - Part-time permanent position available in the maternity outpatient setting at Rotorua Hospital.

The Day Assessment Unit (DAU) is a busy midwifery-led service with a variety of functions from providing primary care to women under the specialist care of the Obstetric Team to undertaking infusions, conducting prophylactic Anti D services and much more. The DAU is a stimulating and sometimes challenging environment calling on a midwife's creativity and resourcefulness. We are calling for an experienced midwife who is keen to take help steering this service into the future.

We are a busy secondary care maternity unit with a full range of secondary obstetric services. Our teams work collegially in a friendly hospital that is big enough to offer clinical variety but small enough to provide great team relationships.
