**What will you be doing?**

As a CAD Drafter for Waikato Sheds, you will produce professional designs and documentation, by working closely with the team to manage projects and to exceed customer expectations. Lots of variety is on offer, for designing shed houses, bathrooms and other bespoke architectural projects.

**What do we require?**

If you have expertise in drawing plans for shed houses, bathrooms, and other architectural projects, then we definitely want to hear from you

You will provide valuable support to the team by ensuring seamless project coordination and client satisfaction. By facilitating effective communication with clients, architects, engineers and local councils, you will ensure the completion of projects, adhering to relevant regulations and requests for information (RFIs).

**You will have**:

- A degree in architecture, civil engineering or related field, or relevant experience in drafting and design.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other drafting tools.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations and design standards is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, problem solving and organisational skills.
