This role operates Monday-Friday with hours available are between 7am and 7pm, we can accommodate flexible working hours on these days, and may consider a job-share arrangement alongside another clinical role.

**Essential Competencies**:

- Minimal 3 years experience in Neonatal Nursing
- Previous experience using the BadgerNet Maternity or Neonatal Systems
- Experience undertaking administration functions within a busy and complex project environment
- Experience providing education in both individual and group settings
- Business/Technical Skills
- Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate with a wide range of health professionals.
- Can be relied upon to effectively manage confidential information
- Demonstrates an understanding of continuous quality improvement
