**The role**
Reporting to the Maintenace Support Manager, as the Risk Score Analyst, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and managing efficiently, our client Vector’s asset defects pool via the risk score process.
- You will ensure that compliance to the risk score approach and data quality are met, assist delivery teams to maintain their works schedule and escalate issues identified. You will get involved in business improvements, change and support initiatives as required in the delivery of the Vector MUSA contract and internal projects.
- Based in Auckland you will also:
- Utilise problem solving skills and implement appropriate solutions effectively and quickly
- Be able to deliver in a timely manner with quality output
- Manage the risk score process in line with client requirement
- Process quality audits
- Be mindful on safety for self, workmates, customers, the public, networks, and environment with continuous, best practice of HSQE requirements according to our compliance procedures

You’ll work closely with delivery teams and their works planners and external stakeholders, mainly with our key client Vector.

**About you**
You will have at least 1-2 years’ experience in an electricity or utility industry and show initiative, professionalism as expected in the role. Your right attitude, mindset, and willingness to learn will carry weight for success. You should have:
- An Engineering diploma or equivalent
- Understanding of Data Quality management system, SAP will be advantageous
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Robust numerical and analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong collaborative working relationships with the ability to build and maintain trust within a multi-cultural environment
- Enjoy working in a very busy team environment, yet able to work self
- directed- Capability to foresee challenges, read situations and respond efficiently and effectively
- Tenacity in taking problems through to successful outcomes despite potential barriers and develop pragmatic solutions
