**The Role**

We are currently looking for an SAP Functional Consultant to join our innovative Digital Team.

You will deliver business process and system changes, within Production Planning, Plant Maintenance and Material Management to ensure we remain competitive. You will mentor and develop Super Users to create a strong and knowledgeable workforce capable to leverage the technology available. You will provide 2nd level Application Support to help with the resolution of complex issues.

You will gather requirements, propose solutions, engage vendors, configure changes, prepare, and execute tests & training to deliver business and system enhancements. You will justify, scope, plan and manage small projects.

We have some exciting projects on our digital roadmap over the next few years where we will continue to invest on SAP and deploy new systems like Manufacturing Execution System which you will be heavily involved in.

You will, of course, be an SAP expert who can mentor, share your knowledge and be passionate to learn. This role will be ideal for an ambitious person that wants to expand his/her horizon. While your expertise might lie in a specific SAP module, dare to venture beyond its boundaries. Explore other functional areas, unravelling the intricate connections between modules like pieces of a grand puzzle. It's in this exploration that you'll discover the art of holistic architectural design.

- you have been living and breathing SAP for a while. You have ERP working knowledge.
- An **ANALYTICAL** thinker - you can analyse business and technical requirements, do business process modelling/mapping, methodology development and data modelling.

- who will ensure stakeholders are well informed about Project and System activities that might impact operations.
- A **PROBLEM SOLVER**:

- who can resolve complex issues, liaise with vendors and users, document resolution.
- A** CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT** mindset - where you will have vision to see where we can improve and how to get us there.
- A **COMMUNICATOR** - you will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to influence outcomes.
