As Regional Litigation Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing, leading and developing a legal team
- Ensuring the delivery of high quality legal advice and advocacy
- Collaborating with the other legal managers to ensure best practice and national consistency
- Risk, finance and resource management
- Stakeholder management - creating trust-based relationships with the judiciary, external counsel, social work staff and others who work with tamariki
- Leading projects of interest and nationwide effect

- Has a proven history of providing high quality legal advice and advocacy
- Experience in leading others to be their best

- A qualification as a Barrister and Solicitor with a current practising certificate
