We are seeking a skilled and committed Warehouse Team Leader to join our busy team at our Auckland Winery based in Glendene, West Auckland.We are moving to a new shift pattern which means we have many exciting new roles and opportunities that allow for 4-day weekends. Full time hours: Day Shift - Thursday to Saturday, 6am to 6pm. What you’ll be doing Directing the team on the day-to-day work programme Undertaking training and development of team members Conducting warehouse activities as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor General fork hoist activity What you’ll bring Prior team lead experience A current forklift licence and previous warehouse experience Good understanding of ERP systems and RF scanning equipment and be familiar with the ongoing improvements in technology Clear, fluent communication skills with the ability to actively listen and adapt your style Physically fit, energetic and self motivated MPI accreditation and a Class 2 or 4 drivers licence would be an advantage What we offer Paid parental / partners leave and long service benefits Wine allowance and discounted staff prices Full in-house training and personal protective equipment provided A supportive environment to grow and add value A culture where our values of Winning Together, Mastery and Aiming High are at the heart of what we do Fresh fruit and great coffee Who we are At Delegat we are building a leading global Super Premium wine company, making the world’s most sought-after Super Premium wines with brands Oyster Bay, Delegat and Barossa Valley Estate.
