**Warehouse Team Leader - Night Shift**

**The Role | He kōrero mō te tūranga**

Reporting to the Warehouse and Inventory Manager, this role will be responsible for directing and conducting daily warehouse tasks and operations. It will have a key focus on forward planning and ensuring the most efficient site movements. This is a senior warehouse position and relevant experience is required.

This role will be on a night shift pattern operating 9.30pm to 6:30am, Monday to Friday.

We are looking for a Team Leader that is a people leader with demonstrated ability to support and coach the people on the floor so the team can grow and deliver better results. You will track individual performance and be responsible for the KPI’s of your team. Performance management experience is essential for this role.

To be successful in this role:

- You will need to be familiar with complex internal transactions servicing multiple channels of customers and production.
- You **MUST** have proven experience managing a team and the ability to grow and improve results from your team.
- You will be an innovative leader with experience in ideally Kaizen
- Be confident in using problem solving techniques (e.g. 5Why)
- You will need to be familiar with GEMBA Walks, Good Health & Safety Practices and 5S.
- You will be able to run daily MBU1 (Toolbox) sessions and direct the people on the floor
- You will ensure Vitaco’s processes, safety and quality guidelines are followed
