**About the role**:
Daily you will be responsible for
- Ensuring our product data is reviewed, and maintained accurately, whilst working with our internal teams and suppliers to make sure requirements are met
- Deliver efficient administrative support to the Category Team as required
- Respond to the branch network and external communication queries escalating to the Category Team where needed

**Skills and Experience**:
You’re a solid all-rounder who takes great pride in your work and can multi-task like no other while working to deadlines and remaining calm under pressure.
- You will be engaging with different teams, customers, and suppliers on a regular basis so being approachable is essential. Other skills and experience we are looking for include - Strong Administration background
- Well-organised with strong decision-making skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office (particularly Word & Excel)
- Loads of initiative and ability to take action to solve problems
- Ability to work autonomously as well as being part of a cohesive and successful team
- Experience in retail and/or building trade an advantage

- This is a permanent role based at our Head Office in Penrose. Monday to Friday, 40 hours, with excellent WFH flexibility.
