**Waihi Health Centre is looking for a Super Star medical receptionist to join our team.**

This position is permanent part-time, 24 hours per week - Monday, Wednesday & Thursday.

The receptionist is a vital role who navigates many aspects, challenges and tasks throughout the day. You will report to the Reception Team Lead and will thrive in tasks including:

- Customer Service
- Enjoy working in a busy environment
- Appointment Bookings
- Invoicing and collecting fees
- Debt collecting
- Other administrative tasks

- Decision making and problem solving skills
- Ability to withstand customer complaints and difficult personalities

The successful applicant will need to be flexible and able to cover leave for other staff within your team. Some weekend work is required, this is mínimal and shared amongst all receptionists.
