The successful applicant must be methodical in approach, highly organised, flexible, and have a desire to be a supportive team member. They must also have excellent customer service skills.Day to day you will be welcoming patients and visitors, answering the telephone, addressing inquiries, and liaising with the Medical Team. Responsibilities include data capturing of patient flow, assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation, and keeping a clean and calm reception area in a busy environment.About the ServiceThe Inpatient Receptionist is committed to front desk operations in the wards, responsible for greeting, admitting, discharging, and transferring patients staying within the ward, and managing patient records.
