This is a fantastic opportunity for a Speech Pathologist seeking a clinic-based position with a dedicated Allied Health owned employer working from their new **Central Gold Coast** clinic. **As part of your role, you will**:
- Undertake assessments and provide intervention, liaising with families & other relevant stakeholders
- Conduct a variety of speech and language assessments and planning for evidence-based interventions
- Coupled with assisting the individual needs of each client, families will receive regular training and tools to achieve therapy goals
- Develop and lead group programs for parents and support staff if, and when required.
- Complete high-level reports.
- Work with your team & stakeholders to deliver best possible outcomes for your clients.
**The requirements for this role are**:
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology (hold a Speech Pathology Australia Membership)
- Good written and verbal communication with a genuine passion to make a lasting difference in the lives of your clients
- Ability to think on your feet, be adaptable and problem solve
- A love of working with others and values contributing to a team
- Current driver’s license and car, working with Children Check, National Police Check, Children's First Aid training (or willingness to obtain these).
