TaylorCare Recruitment is proud to partner with a fast-growing NDIS- Disability service provider in who have offices in Sydney - Australia to exclusively recruit for experienced Speech Pathologist & Occupational Therapist. You can work part time or full time and options available with a competitive salary package and case load on offer.

**About the Role**: We are looking for an energetic and confident Speech Pathologist or Occupational Therapist who enjoys working with families to achieve the best outcomes for clients and participants.

As an experienced OT Or Speech therapist, you will be using your clinical and administrative skills to:

- Provide assessment and therapy for clients/participants with varying needs from Autism, ADHD, developmental delay, sensory processing and fine/gross motor skill development
- Complete assessment and therapy paperwork in a timely manner
- Assist clients/participants to reach their independent life and skill goals
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for your clients/participants
- Mentor and build the skills of junior clinicians that work alongside you
- Contribute to quality improvement projects to improve our service delivery
- BA in Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy or equivalent
- Passion for supporting people with a disability and their families
- Registration or eligible with SPA as Speech Therapist, or APHRA for Occupational in Australia
- Therapist Current Working with Children Check, Police check and Current CPR training.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger multidisciplinary team
- Exceptional time management skills
- Knowledge of the NDIS system and process (preferred but not essential)
