**About the role**:

As the Education Counsellor, you will provide advice, support, and service to students to ensure that they are well prepared and ready for university. In this role, you will also be responsible for developing meaningful relationships with the international student associations, leader managers and influencers with our university partners at different levels. Some of the key accountabilities are:

- Foster a culture of excellence that supports the innovation of quality teaching and learning
- Work collaboratively with Programme Coordinators and Heads of Colleges to administer, communicate, and coordinate external and internal events, or co-hosted with university partners
- Assist with data gathering and reports for academic staff
- Assist with any At Risk students and to help develop any individual educational plan

We’re looking for applicants with work experience, who can relate to our students, and help guide them on in their pathway to university education potentially leading to employment. Your experience in in developing and sustaining productive relationships will be a key strength as you are without a doubt a compelling and effective communicator who uses these skills to quickly build rapport. Success is showing students just how far their qualification can take them. In this role, you will also need to have:
