The Force Health Organisation delivers health services to NZDF military personnel in New Zealand to maintain, improve and restore health in order to enhance Force effectiveness.
As part of the Regional Health Services Management team you will oversee day-to-day Health Centre operations to ensure medical services within the Centre operate effectively, efficiently and safely for clinicians and patients, with the aim of providing Health Excellence.
**This includes**:

- Management of people, resources and finances.
- Compliance requirements.
- Facility management.
- Implementing quality improvement initiatives using sound project and change management practices.

The Health Centre Manager role requires you to work closely with the Clinical and Organisational Leadership, Allied Health, and Naval Base relationship partners.

Low Level Security Clearance
- You must be a New Zealand citizen or you must hold New Zealand Permanent Residence or have a current New Zealand Residency Class Visa.
- At minimum, you must hold New Zealand Permanent Residence or have a current New Zealand Residency Class Visa, and you must be a citizen of and have lived in Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, United States of America or New Zealand continuously for the last five (5) years.
- You must have a five (5) year background history that can be verified and assessed appropriately by the NZ Security Intelligence Service (NZSIS) to determine if you are suitable for a security clearance at this level.
