**About the role**:
You don’t need any experience in teaching, we will provide you with comprehensive learning, and support teaching tools to become successful in your trainer role. You will be facilitating learning using existing curriculum which is prepared for you - all you have to do is take your passion into the classroom and use the resources along the way.
- Deliver learning objectives in a way that brings our curriculum alive for the student
- Mentoring students and tracking/monitoring of our student success
- Achieve graduate success outcomes

**About you**:
To be a Diploma Trainer for tourism, you will need to have solid industry experience of at least 5 years (with 2 years in a supervisory level) and the equivalent knowledge and skills.

It would be advantageous if you have a qualification in Adult Teaching, however it isn’t a requirement. Preference will be given to those with Relevant Degree or Equivalent Knowledge and Skills.
