**The Opportunity**
We are looking for a motivated, highly organised and passionate Case Manager to join our busy team. This role is within the WorkAon division which is a leading NZ provider of injury services management. You will manage a portfolio of ACC work claims for two of our key clients across the Taranaki and Wanganui/Manawatu regions. There is the option to be based out of New Plymouth, Wanganui or Palmerston North.
As a WorkAon Case Manager, you will provide needs-based services to people with complex injuries or wellness issues to achieve the best possible outcome and durable independence for that individual. This includes providing direction to achieve these outcomes and enable the individual to take responsibility for their life and future, through informed and participative decision making and goal setting.
**Day to day, your key responsibilities will include**:
- Determining injury or wellness related needs
- Delivery of initial action plans and ongoing delivery of face-to-face rehabilitation plans
- Case management strategy
- Monitoring and reviewing costs associated with rehabilitation plans
- Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the ACC Partnership Audit Standards
- Keep up to date with all policies, procedures and technology.
**About You**
Ideally you will have a work history related case management or injury claims and/or rehabilitation. Strong attention to detail is essential in this role as there is a large administration component.
You will enjoy developing positive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders including workers, employers, and service providers. You will be highly motivated and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in relation to negotiation and conflict resolution and have a proactive approach and ability to work autonomously.
