We're looking for a go getter who has proven business analysis skills aimed at implementing business process enhancements and improvements for frontline services. The successful applicant can think outside the box, understand and interpret data to get to the heart of the issues and identify opportunities for service delivery improvements.

- Effective written and verbal communications tools and formats to clearly deliver advice and work, including rationale and recommendations
- Proven experience in identifying opportunities and solutions to complex problems that are effective and anticipate and mitigate associated risks.
- Strong MS Excel and systems skills with an ability to analyse data, identify trends and make recommendations.
- Ability to understand business requirements and improvements to systems & technology
- Outstanding relationship-building skills
- Ability to influence and work in partnership with staff at all levels
- Strong communication, consultation and negotiation skills
- Recognise and celebrate others' successes

At Te Tāhū o te Ture - the Ministry of Justice, we're committed to working together for a fair and safe Aotearoa.
This role is within our Service Improvement team in the Commissioning and Service Improvement Unit (CSI). In CSI, we work to support the delivery of positive change in the justice system for a safe and fair Aotearoa.
Our work programme is varied and made up of a mixture of large and small projects. That means you will be working within a project team as well as leading your own pieces of work.
Our projects focus on modernising and improving existing courts and tribunals systems and processes. The team is tasked with providing high quality advice and improvement services to the Operations and Service Delivery group within the Ministry of Justice.
We will be looking to you to see the big picture and help us make it look its very best for our participants, stakeholders and business.
We're looking for an awesome person to help us develop, communicate and deliver business improvements, making processes more efficient and easier to use through a continuous improvement approach.

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The appointing salary for this role will be between $94,377 - $131,591 based on skills and experience.
