Reporting to the Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Public Relations (PR) team to coordinate, plan and deliver national campaigns, including public awareness/engagement campaigns and activities, national fundraising campaigns, and direct marketing campaigns.

No one day will be the same in this role; as Campaigns Coordinator, you will provide high-level coordination and administrative support to the Campaigns Manager and PR team to ensure campaigns, promotions and fundraising appeals are well planned and executed.

This is a highly rewarding and varied role that will keep you busy and stimulated. You will enjoy the excitement of seeing campaigns that you’ve worked on come to life as well as the opportunities to be creative, further your skills, and work across a broad range of marketing and campaign initiatives.

**Person Profile**:

- A relevant qualification or proven administrative experience, including project coordination
- Understanding or applied knowledge of basis marketing principles
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to and build rapport with people from a diverse range of backgrounds
- Ability to work within a team - a “team player”
- Well-developed communications skills including attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work to a plan, while managing competing priorities
- Understanding and empathy towards the mission and values of The Salvation Army
- Demonstrated ability to use the Microsoft Office suite; awareness of the Adobe suite would be advantageous
