**Job description**:
What you will do:
The kitchen is where the magic happens in our Luxury Lodge - and you can be part of that We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Kitchenhand to join our team. The right applicant must be self motivated, a team player and work well in a high pressure environment. Duties include
- keeping the kitchen clean and completing daily tasks as per cleaning roster
- washing up of all pots, pans and dishes
- basic food preparation & storing of delivery's as required by shift leader
- And ensuring that health, safety and hygiene is maintained at the highest possible level.

Having your own reliable transport, is an advantage (but we also have a carpooling scheme). You will need a valid working visa to apply.

A basic knowledge of all areas of the kitchen

The ability to think on your feet as we have many guest requests and menu changes each day

Good time management.

Flexible and willing to work weekends.
