**Mo te tunga | About the role**
The Police Infringement Bureau (PIB) is responsible for managing Police issued infringement notices, including providing advice and guidance to customers regarding infringement notices. As a Team Leader at the Police Infringement Bureau, you will lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team to ensure exceptional service delivery. You will foster a positive work environment, provide coaching and support to enhance team productivity, and address operational challenges. By collaborating with stakeholders and peers, you will continually improve overall service delivery and meet objectives relevant to PIB and Police outcomes.

- **Lead and Mentor**: Guide, coach, and mentor team members, setting clear goals and fostering a positive culture.
