**The roles will involve**:

- Meeting and greeting clients
- Providing administration support to the wider team
- Efficiently managing conflicting deadlines and priorities
- Creating and modifying existing documents
- Scheduling appointments and arranging meetings
- Data-entry
- Compliance sign-offs

**Skills & Experience required**:

- Strong organisational skills including the ability to prioritise and control own workload
- Experience in a reception or administration position
- Excellent phone manner
- A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
- High attention to detail
- Experience with InDesign would be preferable
