**About the Role**

We are seeking a responsible, experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our organisation and client’s expectations. The Corporate Receptionist is required to maintain confidentiality, show discretion, represent the client in ethical and professional manner and also maintain a comprehensive knowledge of organisation structure and employees. In this position you will be responsible for supervising the support staff, managing all front of house duties, and providing excellent customer service to our client’s internal and external visitors and guests. As the first face our client’s visitors and guest see when they enter their organisations, you must be friendly, informative, and welcoming to all, able to handle questions, complaints, reservations and reporting.

**Scope of the role includes**:

- Greeting and directing incoming and outgoing visitors with a 5-star customer mindset at all times
- Responsible for the efficient utilisation of the Visitor Registration System of the building
- Client and hosts liaison
- Managing an immaculate front office area including answering phone calls promptly, professionally and attentively
- In charge of Meeting and Events amenities and assists with event setup or set down
- Assisting with room bookings administration
- Escorting clients to our meeting rooms when required
- Ensuring that the site is compliant with Canon and client Health & Safety Standards

**About you**

You should be someone who is an energetic collaborator, an influential communicator and technology savvy individual. You must have a keen eye for details and always ensure your work is accurate. You should also be someone who have demonstrated exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills and able to think outside the box. In addition, you have a good level of computer literacy coupled with great written and verbal communication skill. You have an excellent administrative, time management and organisation skills and most importantly you have the desire to deliver and exceed our client expectations.

Key Skills and experience include;
- Proven experience in Hospitality or Reception for 4- or 5-star work environment (minimum of 2 years)
- Intermediate MS Office skills and room booking software experience preferable
- Ability to work within a team and independently when needed is crucial
