We have an opportunity to join our New Zealand Sales Team as an Account Manager based in Auckland. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and working with a highly driven team, you will drive business growth of our Oyster Bay and Barossa Valley Estate brands and manage a portfolio of accounts in your territory.

**What you will be doing**
- Adopt a ‘business owner’ mindset for your territory by uncovering sales opportunities and maximizing the potential from Grocery, Retail & On Premise channels.
- Develop and maintain quality customer relationships, facilitating sustainable account growth.
- Attract and retain customers within your territory with a particular focus on developing new business in the On Premise channel.
- Actively work towards incentivised sales targets and execute promotional plans.
- Take ownership of the Auckland North territory which covers North and West Auckland, as well as Northland. The territory requires 3-4 nights away per month to satellite regions.
- Influence and educate customers on key features and benefits across our well-known super premium wine brands.
- Live the Delegat Values of Aim High, Mastery and Winning Together.

**What you will bring**
- Experience in the Hospitality sector and a drive to secure new business in the On-Premise channel.
- Be a highly organised, motivated, and adaptive individual. You will thrive in an autonomous environment, free from office routine and in a high performing culture delivering quality outcomes.
- Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with diverse customers and teams along with outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- 2+ years sales experience in an autonomous role, preferably with FMCG experience in the grocery channel, is an advantage but not a requirement.
- A full, clean New Zealand Driver's License.
