- Our Deal Advisory team provides advice to clients across a wide range of industries. We advise buyers, sellers, borrowers, lenders, and financial investors in what is an increasingly complex financial market. The team encompasses Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Transaction Services, Restructuring, Insolvency, Deal Analytics, Integration & Separation, Debt Advisory and Infrastructure Advisory.

- Our Integration and Separation (“I&S”) team provides pre, in and post-deal advice to clients acquiring or selling businesses. Our advice ranges from deal strategy, synergy assessments for integration to planning and executing the integration of the acquired (or to be acquired) business into another company or group of companies. Equally, separation advice (for both buyers and sellers) ranges from understanding the businesses current entanglements with the seller to planning and executing the carve out and stand-up of the business as a stand-alone entity.
- As a member of the I&S team, you will bring your curious mind to supporting our clients across a wide array of industries to increase the probability of ‘ultimate’ deal success through effective integration or separation.
- Joining the Integration & Separation team as a Graduate you will have exposure to some of New Zealand’s highest corporate transformation engagements, and a wide variety of work, including exposure to other disciplines across our Deal Advisory division._
