Yoobee Student Ambassador

Yoobee Student Ambassadors will work using their devices through The Ambassador Platform. Student Ambassadors welcome prospective Yoobee students and help them decide to join the course. They also post photo and video content, including Orientation and Graduation parties. Student Ambassadors can answer prospective students' questions - from study tips and great places to eat to where to go if you need support.

Student Ambassadors will be provided with opportunities to gain leadership skills and network with other student leaders.

**About the role**

This position plays an important role in UP Education’s Vocational and Higher Education sales and marketing team’s supporting international student recruitment activity. The position supports the implementation of an innovative digital platform, The Access Platform (TAP), as part of our peer-to-peer recruitment strategy, which will lead to increased international enrolments in our pathway programmes.

- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
- Ability to create engaging digital content (photos and videos).
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and helping others.

**What the role entails**:

- Work closely with UP Education marketing and sales team’s to support international applicants and offer holders through their student journey.
- Provide relevant information to applicants via the App or refer applicants to UP Education services and resources where applicable.
- Good working knowledge of UP Education to assist applicants efficiently.
- Support new students by actively monitoring student inquiries and providing information until students are enrolled.
- Maintain a profile on the Yoobee website where prospective students can identify appropriate ambassadors to approach for assistance.
- Create engaging text and visual content to be shared through marketing channels such as the Yoobee website and social media platforms.
- Answering frequently asked questions to build up student-generated content on the Yoobee website.
- Be available for relevant training to be completed regarding the app and with the sales team.
- Identify opportunities/risks to recruitment emerging from interactions with students and report them to your manager.
- Represent Yoobee and work towards the continual improvement of the international student experience.
- Responses are to be made efficiently within 12 to 24 hours or as agreed with the manager.
