**About the Company**:
Perspective Planning and Design Limitedwas established in Auckland. We are looking for an Administrative Clerkto join our friendly team.
We require a motivated, self-sufficient, and proactive individual to take responsibility for the companys administrative work. This is a full-time permanent role based in Auckland Office.
**The duties include**:
- Maintain and update office records, including files, documents, and databases
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and transportation as required
- Review and reconcile invoices, ensuring accurate recording and approval for payment
- Assist managers in coordinating their daily tasks and schedules
- Maintain office equipment, including computers. printers, copiers, and scanners, coordinating repairs and maintenance as needed
- Maintain inventory of office supplies, and place orders when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Pay rate: $27.76per hour - maximum $30.00 per hour
Guaranteed hours of work per week: minimum 30 hours and maximum 50 hours
Position available: 1
No prior work experience or qualificationis required for this role but could be an advantage. Priority will be given to local NZ residents/citizens.
