**About the role**:
The purpose of this role is to provide quality administrative support and technical assistance as part of Whakahaere Tari (Finance and Administration). This role is based in Hamilton however, services the entire takiwā (region) including the Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Gisborne areas. Travel will be required from time to time. Duties for this role includes ordering and distributing resources, initiating requisition processes, undertaking day-to-day financial and procurement functions and activities.

**About you**:
We are looking for a charismatic individual, who can work independently yet enjoys a team environment. You will hold a:

- Certificate in Business Admin, or Computing L3 minimum
- Full New Zealand driver’s License
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
- Ability to learn how to navigate a variety of systems within our organisation
- Excellent written and oral skills
- Relationship management skills
- Attentive to detail and be well organised
- Has an understanding and engages in āhuatanga Māori (values, culture and tikanga)
