Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role
We are looking for an experienced Advisor - Workplace Health and Safety to join our team. This role will ideally be based in Manukau, but will also consider Māngere, Takanini or Otara base.
In this role, you will work in partnership with all our business groups, external contractors, maintenance, build partners, and Total Risk. Your role will be to influence and provide operational advice, enabling the delivery of human organisational performance principles. You will play a pivotal role in incorporating this approach into our work processes, aligning them with our HSWA and our Safety, Support, and Well-being policies.
To thrive in this role, you should have a passion for safety and well-being, a keen eye for identifying risks, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be committed to continuous learning and staying up to date with industry best practices.

- Experience in a similar role
- Tertiary qualification/studying towards a relevant field in Health & Safety
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to align with operational priorities
- Experience working in a matrixed environment including adaptability, time management and administration & organisational skills
