Production Team Leader

Our client is looking for a motivated Team Leader.

ABOUT THE COMPANY:
They're a leading manufacturer of precast concrete products supplying the civil industry. Striving for excellence, they deliver quality products, performance and service to their customers.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As well as working on the production line, you’ll be overseeing production staff and day to day operations to ensure customer expectations are met, and our products are manufactured to the highest quality.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Leading and developing the team
- Proving solutions to any issues that may arise
- Preparing moulds, making cages and pouring concrete
- Detecting defects in products and repairing/correcting them

Previous experience in either manufacturing or concrete technology is preferred, but if you have experience in a similar position then we’d love to hear from you.

This a Monday to Friday role working a minimum of 40 hours per week.
