**Your role**:

- Directing, supervising, supporting and leading by example to fill the store, serve customers, and maintain our high standard of cleanliness throughout.
- Providing high quality customer service to our valued customers and training to staff do the same.
- Undertake necessary roles of Inwards Goods, Food Safety, food prep, stocktakes.
- Date checks, promotions and markdowns of stock when required.

**What we are looking for**:

- A proven grocery/team leader that loves dealing with people, understands team work, motivated by high standards of store presentation and looking for that next step up in their career.
- A Duty Manager's Certificate or LCQ is ideal but for the right person we will assist with this.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Great communication skills and an ability to effectively lead a team with a positive attitude and a high level of energy.
- Someone who is mature, assertive, and confident with a proven ability to diffuse any difficult situations in a calm manner.
- The ability to multi task with a smile on your face.
- Someone who can be observant and detail orientated, as this role will be responsible for our cyclical stocktaking one day per week.

**Hours**:
This is a full-time role, 36-40 hours Wednesday to Saturday, however a 5th day could be added.
- Wednesday 10 - 7pm
- Thursday 6am - 4pm
- Friday 6:45am - 4pm
- Saturday 9am - 7pm
