**Fresh Foods / Duty Manager - Four Square Atawhai**

We are looking for a keen and motivated individual to take on this full-time role of Fresh Food/Duty Manager to assist with the day-to-day operations of the Four Square Atawhai.

Days of the role are Tuesday to Saturday with the flexibility to cover the business needs from time to time. Exact hours of the role to be discussed at the interview stage.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience within FMCG is an advantage but is not essential
- Supervisory OR management experience is advantageous but not essential
- Passionate about getting the best quality products at the best price for our customers
- Reliable, honest and is a good team player who sees challenges as opportunities to grow
- Self-motivated and has the ability to manage multiple departments, team and tasks
- Is physically fit and able focus to complete tasks efficiently

**What does the role look like?**
- Plan, organise, lead and control the day-to-day operation of the Fresh Foods Departments while ensuring company objectives are met
- Supporting owner/operators & the Operations Manager to maintain a high standard of Food Safety, Health and Safety requirements and achieve financial goals
- Sourcing the best quality fresh produce at the best price possible for our customers
- Day to day stock management and order requirements for fresh foods departments
- As the Duty Manager, ensuring the legislative requirements are being met for sale and supply of restricted goods (Alcohol and Tobacco)
