Working in the All of Government Service Delivery Group, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of New Zealanders. The All of Government Service Delivery Group sits within Digital Public Service, to support and enable agencies to provide faster, more agile, accessible, inclusive and integrated government services. It does this by focusing on building agency capability to work together as a public service, identifying opportunities to design joined-up, responsive and robust digital services that accelerate our shift to a unified public service. It also supports the Chief Executive in his role as Government Chief Digital Officer.
We are looking for a dynamic, organised and experienced Agile Delivery Lead to help us deliver great digital products. You will ensure that our Agile delivery processes run smoothly, through effective facilitation of the Scrum process, through coaching the team and through continuous improvement of the way we work. You will:

- Organise and facilitate sprint planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, demos and retrospectives
- Ensure that our tools are set up to manage and report on our work programme in an efficient way
- Work with key stakeholders to make sure that they are sufficiently aware of plans, progress and impediments
- Guide our Agile delivery practice to ensure we are constantly improving how we deliver

This is a critical role within the team to ensure that we are delivering effectively and efficiently across a range of digital products, including significant digital content work as well as product development. You will help the team become better at estimating and will bring improvements to the way we organise our work and how we report progress, risks and issues.
