Our client is a Family Office that manages a group of investments and trading entities, while also supporting the family with governance matters, trust & corporate services, philanthropy and other community beneficial activities.
This is an opportunity for an experienced EA to work alongside the Executive Director in a new role, providing a full range of secretarial and management support, while also running the office. This will be a busy and varied role where you will need to exercise good judgement in balancing multiple priorities, but also be a good communicator to keep everyone on the same page. Some of the success in this role will be driven by your ability to think ahead, solve problems and preempt the needs of the team.
At the same time you will be privy to some pretty important information, so you will need to maintain confidentiality at all times, and thrive in situations that require tact & diplomacy. The usual attributes of good time management and organisation are critical, along with the ability to get things done, without being overbearing, and to juggle multiple tasks with a smile on your face, while making it look easy and stress free. It will be an exciting, fast paced and fun role.
In return you will be joining a successful and highly regarded Family Office in a role where you will work closely with the Executive Director and gain exposure to all the different areas, which will ensure the role stays interesting and creating opportunities for development. There is also the opportunity to take on managing projects and scope to work with the team to further develop the office based systems and procedures.
