**About the opportunity**:
Our client, a thriving landscape company focused on designing and implementing residential and commercial landscapes, is seeking a talented Landscape Designer/Architect. They value teamwork, design passion, and a high standard of expertise in this field.

**Role description**:
As a Landscape Designer/Architect, you will be responsible for crafting outdoor spaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. Collaborating with clients, you will understand their requirements, create concept plans, develop detailed designs, and oversee project implementation.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Meet clients to define design requirements
- Create comprehensive landscape plans and specifications
- Present design proposals to clients
- Ensure compliance with regulations and building codes
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and planners
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and construction implementation

**This role will suit someone with all or some following background/experience/qualities**:

- 5+ years of landscape design/residential Landscape Architecture experience and some experience with Commercial Design - predominantly Schools
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or Diploma in Landscape Design
- Proficient in industry software ideally Vectorworks and Adobe tools
- Strong and creative design skills for innovative and functional outdoor spaces
- Excellent Plant knowledge and ability to develop planting designs
- Excellent knowledge in Landscape Construction and implementing Designs
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
