We are seeking a competent and experienced screen printer who is reliable, highly efficient and enjoys working at the highest quality end of the market.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- You will be working at the top end of the market with the best screen print technology currently available in NZ.
- Be in-charge of the Warehouse including dispatch and procurement.
- Train and lead 1-2 additional staff members over peak times.
- Be valued, rewarded and recognized for your high skill level, attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- A stable team and company who continue to grow, diversify and invest in people, capital and technology.
- **Set day shifts (not rotating). Monday-Friday.**:

- Top hourly rate on offer to attract the best ($36-$40hr).
- Flexible hours can be discussed to ensure you achieve great work/life balance.

**ABOUT YOU**
- An experienced Screen Printer who takes pride in their work.
- Proficient with machine set-up, screen making, mixing inks, printing and washing screens.
- Excellent knowledge of pantones and ink specialties.
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly to production and priority changes.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced busy “on-demand” environment. With a focus on high-end top quality work.
- Willing and able to run a clean well-organized warehouse.
- Very good communication skills (fluent English is essential) and enjoy working as part of a team in a highly productive environment.
- Good computer literacy.
- Ideally you are from a lean manufacturing plant and understand the dynamics of a process driven and highly efficient printing plant.
- Most importantly you have a positive "can do" attitude and friendly disposition.
