We’re on the lookout for a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our Fisher & Paykel team The role is responsible for providing top quality pre and post sales technical support for our Haier branded Air Conditioning products. with a hands on approach to deliver a seamless experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional technical support for Haier Air Conditioning products to our customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction. - Collaborate with the product development team to communicate customer feedback and contribute to the improvement of Haier Air Conditioning products.
- Manage and support instillations and post-instillation health checks to ensure we meet customer expectations, timelines and standards
- Proven expertise in Haier Air Conditioning systems and technical support.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for providing top-tier technical support.
