We are on the lookout for a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our Fisher & Paykel team The role is responsible for providing top quality pre and post sales technical support for our Haier branded Air Conditioning products, with a hands-on approach to deliver a seamless experience to our customers.

What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional technical support for Haier Air Conditioning products to our customers- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction- Collaborate with the product development team to communicate customer feedback and contribute to the improvement of Haier Air Conditioning products- Manage and support installations and post-instillation health checks to ensure we meet customer expectations, time-lines and standards- Proven expertise in Haier Air Conditioning systems and technical support- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences- Strong problem-solving approach and the ability to work with enthusiasm and skill- A commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for providing top-tier technical support

What You'll Bring:
- Proven technical service industry experience (5+ years)- Developing and maintaining relationships both internally and externally- Certifications / Qualifications Required:
- Must have Electrical Practicing Licence- Must have a valid driver license and acceptable motor vehicle record- Approved Filler Licence (refrigeration)- First Aid Cert- Acceptable site work cards
