We have a vacancy for a Full time **Property Maintenance** in Auckland. You will be required to work between 30 to 45 hours from Monday-Sunday as per roaster. We need someone who is willing to commit to our company and is prepared to take the responsibility and run with it. We as a business need to meet our health and safety obligations at all levels, including engaging staff and managing risks.

**Job Duties**:

- Manage and undertake the day-to-day property maintenance as allocated maintenance.
- Undertake any other duties as required, from time to time, by the Property and Facilities Manager
- Day-to-day enquiries are handled efficiently and actioned within reasonable timeframes.
- All property maintenance work is undertaken within reasonable timeframes.
- The property maintenance and building contract matters are handled promptly.
- Undertake all repairs, maintenance and building work in an economic and timely manner, meeting appropriate standards e.g. Health and Safety, building code, playground safety compliance, building and qualification regulations where relevant.
- Work within the scheduled maintenance plan and systems.
- Oversight of major works undertaken by contractors.
- Ensure all projects have input from relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure all contractors engaged meet health and safety requirements.
- Carry out all works within property and maintenance budget.
- Must be physical fit.
- Knowledge of emergency procedures and how to handle hazard conditions.
- A sound understanding of Health and Safety
- A positive attitude and a great work ethic
- Clean Character Background
- Have excellent interpersonal skills committed to customer satisfaction and transporting items in a safe and timely manner.

**Job Requirements**:

- Self-confident and creative
- Able to work as part of a team and be flexible.
- Ability to work with a minimum of supervision.
- Must be adaptable and able to cope with a variety of situations.

Salary can be negotiated; it will range from $28 per hour to $32 per hour.
