The Role:

- As a Senior Project Data Analyst, you will be managing data related to our major project commissions and responsible for influencing, implementing, and advising our clients to help them deliver outstanding infrastructure. Your ultimate goal is to transform various types of project data into useful information to guide the project team.
- You will have an eye for detail and be able to follow procedures, requirements and rules while maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information. Operating as part of the wider project team you will use a high level of initiative and ability to organise and prioritise tasks with mínimal supervision while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Your Responsibilities:

- Your key responsibilities will include coordinating project design teams comprised of architects, engineers, planners, environmental experts, and other specialists. You will be instrumental in implementing and maintaining project control measures to ensure seamless project execution. Your ability to cultivate and nurture client relationships through successful project delivery and effective stakeholder coordination will be essential.
- Your role will be crucial in driving and supporting the implementation of effective project control practices to achieve project goals efficiently. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining project schedules, and utilising finance systems and procedures to deliver comprehensive project performance reports.
- In addition to internal stakeholders, you will actively review, monitor, and report project progress to external partners. Collaborating proactively within the project management team, you will play a key role in ensuring cohesive teamwork throughout project lifecycles. Furthermore, your expertise will be sought in advising clients on project establishment, governance, delivery, and procurement matters.
