This role will play a pivotal part in crafting strategies, providing insights, and making recommendations that will shape the future of education in New Zealand.

**Your Role**:
As the Lead Adviser - Impact, you will collaborate closely with our Manager, Strategy & Innovation, and work within a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a difference. Your role involves understanding complex educational challenges, analysing data and evidence, and transforming them into actionable recommendations that will drive positive change.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement cross-cutting education strategies.
- Analyse data, identify trends, and provide evidence-based insights.
- Craft comprehensive briefing notes for key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Contribute to the ongoing transformation of the education system by proposing improvements and innovative solutions.
- Engage with internal teams to ensure coherence across various curriculum segments.
