You will be a specialist Tradesperson who can lead and motivate your crew to carry out civil construction and repairs within the Transport space on a day-to-day basis. Duties within your team include:

- Planning tasks with the supervisor, and following up to ensure they are completed efficiently and to the required specification and standard
- Ensuring efficient use of materials, supplies, and equipment
- Providing and organising on-the-job development/training for the team and supporting general career development

Along with a positive attitude and your commitment to safe worksite practises, you will be an adaptable multitasker with excellent communication skills. A strong focus on safety and quality.
- A proven track record of supervising teams and subcontractors in a range of maintenance/construction activities
- A focus and passion for keeping people and the environment safe
- Must be self-motivated, energetic, proactive, and results-orientated with an ability to problem solve, plan, listen and make decisions
- The ability to drive projects, managing relationships and activity to achieve targets (deadlines, costing, resourcing etc.)
