**This role**:
The Operations Associate will report to Harry Uffindell (SVP Operations & People).

You will be responsible for creating exceptional people experiences in an exciting generalist role that spans talent acquisition, people operations, executive assistance and office administration. One of our goals is to make Partly the best startup in Asia-Pacific to work for and you’ll play a big part in helping us achieve this.

**What will you do**:

- ** Own and improve our employee onboarding experience.** You will work with new joiners and internal team members to organise, schedule and coordinate everything needed for a seamless first two weeks at Partly. You’ll continue to improve our process and won’t stop until we have the best onboarding experience in the world.
- ** Lead our University Society sponsorships and Internship programs.** You will proactively find the best societies to work with across New Zealand, coordinate with their committees to organise joint events, and advertise, launch and help run our Internship program.
- ** Provide executive support to our Leadership team**. You’ll have a unique insight and opportunity to work alongside and support our CEO, COO, CSO and SVP Operations & People to ensure they’re as working as efficiently as possible.
- ** Assist with our content and social media efforts.** Working with our Head of Content, you’ll create collateral to post (both internally or externally) via Slack or LinkedIn and prepare social media posts when needed. *****
- ** Act as Ground Control for Partly HQ**. You will take pride in our amazing office and ensure no stone is left unturned to ensure it remains a special place to come to each day. This will include ensuring team members have the right equipment, food is ordered, office issues or problems are quickly resolved and fixed, as well as finding ways to constantly improve the space.
- ** Ensure we celebrate, recognise and call out our team.** As well as the big wins, we celebrate the small moments here at Partly. You’ll take the lead to ensure people are recognised, life events (birthdays, weddings, new family additions) and work anniversaries are celebrated
- ** Partner with our SVP of Operations & People.** Finally, you’ll work with Harry (SVP of Operations & People) to assist in the execution of various initiatives across Talent, Performance & People Operations to create an environment where people do the best work of their lives.

**Your skills**:

- ** You have experience in (or want to experience) a fast-moving, dynamic environment.** You’ll have spent 0-2 years in a startup or other fast-paced role. You may have worked in Operations, Events, Executive Assistance or Office Management/Administration. Recent or soon-to-be graduates are welcome to apply.
- ** You’re a builder at heart and adaptable.** You start from first principles and ruthlessly prioritise what’s important, then roll your sleeves up to make things happen. You’re also super adaptable and can quickly switch contexts.
