Our call centre operational hours are between 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Sunday - based in Christchurch, successful applicants will be required to work rotating weekend shifts.

**Skills and Experience we’d like you to have**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills essential
- Advanced computer and technical abilities
- Experience navigating multiple systems simultaneously to answer customer enquiries
- Ability to follow complex processes with accuracy and speed
- A positive attitude that has our customers and our team at the centre of decision making
- Willingness to work in a fast paced, but fun, energetic and vibrant team culture
