The Advisor role will contribute and support the delivery of our puni. The Strategy & Performance team is responsible for supporting strong planning processes through annual and quarterly planning and reporting, measuring, and monitoring our achievements and providing quality assurance across a range of different workstreams.

The appointment range for this role is $66,406 - $82,008 per annum.

Ko wai koe | About you
This opportunity is for people with beginner level planning and reporting skills, some strategic and critical thinking, and for organisational development and management.

- Understand tikanga Māori and have a commitment to achieve the vision set out in te Tiriti o Waitangi.
- Possess confidence in engaging with other puni kaimahi and stakeholders.
- Have a basic understanding of government and the public service.
- Possess good communication skills.

- Be able to respond to changing demands and priorities.
- Manage your effort to deliver work to a high standard and on time, both independently and with the support of others.
