**Core duties include but not limited to.**
- ** Cleaning kitchens, food preparation areas and sculleries**
- ** Wash and clean utensils and dishes used in the kitchen and restaurant and make sure they are stored appropriately.**
- ** Transferring, weighing and checking supplies and equipment.**
- ** Assembling and preparing ingredients for cooking, and preparing salads, savouries and sandwiches**
- ** Packing food and beverage trays for serving.**
- ** Cooking, toasting and heating simple food items.**
- ** Regulating temperatures of ovens, grills and other cooking equipment**
- ** Assist chef in preparing and cooking food as required.**
- ** Ensure compliance with food safety standard.**
- ** Ensure all statutory, as well as establishment, hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to.**

**To be considered for this role you should be a team player and**

**Working on weekends and will be available on-calls (if required) for this position.**

**Hourly wage rate: $25 - $30 per hour depending on experience and skills.
