**Job Description**:

We're looking for an experienced Treasury Manager to join our team This newly created position will be responsible for managing the key treasury responsibilities, including developing financing plans, executing re-financing processes and ensuring compliance with company policy.

The position will be responsible for supporting the wider finance team with all financing, operational treasury requirements and reporting. Key accountabilities will be to ensure Clarus has the required access to capital and liquidity it needs to support both current operations and the planned growth of the business.

We are looking for a strategic thinker with great relationship management skills to join the team in New Plymouth. A taste of what to expect to do:

- Develop the annual financing strategy
- Manage the periodic debt facility renewals as well as supporting debt financing for M&A and corporate development activities
- Execution of required derivative / risk management products
- Manage key treasury relationships (lenders, credit rating agencies etc)
- Support the wider finance team with statutory reporting requirements

Reporting into the Corporate Finance & Planning Manager, you'll be part of a talented team operating with autonomy and flexibility. Working from home, compressed weeks - we've got options to suit your lifestyle (we're all about that).

You will be a dynamic, self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture with:

- Experience in corporate treasury, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance
- 3+ years experience in a treasury role
- Excellent excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience managing regular treasury reporting process
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong technical writing skills
- Strong accounting knowledge
- Exceptional influencing and relationship management skills
- A willingness to learn, develop and share knowledge
